Whats the deal with that? Im at the age where im looking to find a girl and settle down but im having a hard time finding girls that are like me. I want a girl whos from a muslim family just so it will make things easier for myself with my family and culture. But it seems like most women are very religious even if they dont know much about the religion. Why are men more willing to accept that Islam is oppressive of women that its contradictory? why does it seem men can be more critical of the religion than women can? And also how can I find a girl that would meet that criteria? Ive had relationships with girls who are muslim and ive been honest with them from the beginning but after a certain point things breakdown I dont mind being with a girl whos muslim or any religion for that matter but they usually end up having issue with it when things start heading towards marriage. :( Sometimes I think im doomed to just be alone or basically marry a nonmuslim and be disowned from some of my family and friends :/

I think that online dating services THAT COST MONEY are a good way to come across one. This is plan B for the very slim chance of breaking up with my girl. And avoid sex-hungry sites. Just dating.

I'm open for debate (of why we should re-/embrace Islam), but I will no longer participate in this forum. Message me if you need anything. Good luck and may you all find your way... again...

As a matter of fact... maybe the sex-hungry women... are more than likely ex-muslims? Dunno...

Most sites aren't catered for ex Muslims so to find a girl that's like that is a problem. But nothing wrong with a sex crazed woman haha and I've tried a bunch of dating sites but just no luck with it people are so shallow or defective on those sites it's not really a good place to meet normal levelheaded people in my experience.

I was looking at okCupid the other day for fun. there are some muslimahs there. many are very liberal and say in their profiles as such. but again as u said the number is pretty low. Just a handful in any city. On the other hand white atheist women are there in droves.

what sites have you tried ? I have a feeling given my line of work I may end up using sites.

    whats up three44??

Yeah not a current syrian resident.
born and raised and currently residing in the suburbs of DC. Where are you at?

I'm surprised at a syrian apostate of islam, we usually are so cultural and loyal that we cant leave haha.

I wish parents everywhere could remove their veil of religion and see their kids for whom they actually are.

    Cool, you're American Smiley
I was born and raised in a West-European country. Lots of my Syrian family lives here as well, seems they all came rushing after one another.
Beside me there's only one other Syrian apostate, and I know about 30-40 Syrian young adults here Tongue
