    About Tolstoy - just saying that I don't know how long it took him to write war and peace but imagine a long time, I could have googled a famous book that took ages to write, like the dude who writes the games of thrones books, etc, ven if the book is not that voluminous.)

    You don't need to read a book to tell you how to write, if you wrote that swamp analogy, you are there. A writer writes. A writer does not read. (the first is well-known saying, the second I made up)

    Just write.

    Some of those things are pretty cool even if you're not shagging. Actually, things like climbing/science, I'd rather say you should try to avoid shagging during it for best results/not ending up killing yourself.
