  • EDL leader beaten up
     OP - December 23, 2011, 03:14 PM

According to EDL leader Tommy Robinson

    >>>>>He was out driving, when he saw a car similar to his wife’s, driven by a blond white girl. The other car flashed its lights so Tommy pulled over.

A group of Pakistani youths wearing knuckle dusters poured out. Tommy was knocked out pretty quickly, and they gave him a good kicking.

He looks pretty beaten up, but no bones were broken, and no eyes or teeth are missing. He had a brain scan this morning. We don’t know the results yet.

He has spoken to The Sun, who asked whether he had called the police. Tommy said there was no point, as a racial attack on a white guy was of no interest to them<<<<<

Footloose n fancy free, forced to fit, fated to fly. One or 2 words, 3 and 3/thirds, looking comely but lonely, till I made them homely.D

Haha, Tommy got what he wanted. Shame on him, as a fan of Robespierre I can't stop these guys. "To punish the oppressors of humanity is clemency; to forgive them is barbarity." The EDL oppress the voice of many, people with threats and sometimes even force.

Are you guys serious? Are you guys actually condoning violence? I don't care how terrible and racist he is -- no one deserves to be physically assaulted for expressing their opinion.

I'm with you really but for another reason.  These dumbf**ks who did this will not just get more people to join the E.D.L. (which we must remember was started by Islam's PR man in England, Choudary and his vanguard minions) he will get more people to vote B.N.P.

My firm opinion is that these thugs will be excelent recruiting agents (whether they realise it or not) for the B.N.P.,  which wants to do more than protest against disrespect to our troops.

This is a little strange. Normally, I would say it is wrong he was attacked. However, knowing how Tony has possibly incited others it's abit of poetic justice.

On the other-hand, I would like to point out that, a person (individuals) need protection from the mob, not the other way around.

Nope. I didn't say he deserves to be physically assaulted for expressing his opinion.

If you'd care to ask before assuming, I believe he deserves it because he's a wife beater, a hooligan, and the leader of a violent hate group. And also because he fosters an environment where violence is inevitable, and he deserves it simply because it is a direct, predictable consequence of his own actions.

The reason he was beaten was not because he was expressing his opinion. It was because he was being an asshole. It was akin to walking down the street, and cursing at every minority person you see, eventually someone is going to punch you in the face. Being beaten up for your own stupidity is not the same as expressing an opinion.

    A. He's already gone to prison for domestic abuse, B. None of those justify taking the law into one's own hands. He did not deserve what happened to him -- violence is never the answer.

I support freedom of speech and expression. I am not really offended by what he says but I am offended about the fact that the EDL oppress the voice of so many people with threats and force. So as I've said "To punish the oppressors of humanity is clemency; to forgive them is barbarity.". Is the way forward, as he isn't getting in trouble legaly I wouldn't ever stop anyone from using force back.

According to this post on stromfront:

    Quote
    From the NWI

"This is straight from the horses mouth, Tommy was not done in by ethnics. He was twatted by the Luton MIGS because he's been a very naughty boy around his local towns footy mob. He got lippy to the top boys number 2 and retribution in the form of a few slaps was dished out (and some of his birds blue eyeliner by the look of it). This is 100% of the football grapevi...ne info.Naughty Yaxo is now hated in his own town, the nets closing soft ****e. Again this is proper info from a good lad. Remember you Edl brown noses, the Nwi have a lot of friends because were genuine honest and not profit making and we know a lot more than you think about your leadership. Nwi ktf"

Sounds like it was the MIGs and not Muslims that did him in. I'd rather believe word of the NWI/football firms than Tommy Robinson.

Would it be wrong to use violence to force him into a prone position and handcuff him against his will?

    hahaha

    What a thread.

Ishina is correct by the way. Tommy Robinson is directly responsible as the leader of the EDL for inciting mob violence and harassment of innocent people, and as it turns out anyway it looks like he may have been smacked by some other football hooligan firm or something.

And as Harakaat says, a supporter of Gaddafi decrying someone who he says 'oppress the voice of so many people with threats and force' is simply beyond parody.

Defending yourself or another person in imminent physical danger is one thing. Attacking another citizen is something completely different. Let's not argue about semantics.

I don't believe his story anyway.  If he'd really been beaten up by a gang of Asians he would be telling the police, not running to The Sun.  He probably got his bruises in a drunken brawl down at The Dog and Duck.
