Thank you sojournerlumus for the advice
Currently nicoteine free for my 3rd successive day. The cravings are bad but I fight it and yes I need to fill my smoking time with something else. Usually when I got into my car to go to work I'd light up, now I find myself thinking, ok no more cigs, what the hell am I going to do.
I started reading as well, finished A clash of kings and more than halfway through A storm of swords so that helps to keep my mind occupied
I gave up in 1992, by the way and it was one of the best, most positive things I ever did. After 6 months I was back to running half marathons again, but then again that was my small ambition: what's yours?
As I said earlier, I would like to lose weight as I am most probably 30 Kilograms over weight, once I lose weight I want to see if it improves getting of my OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea) well that is my ambition, not to sleep with a machine and mask every night.
Once again thanks for the advice and support
