-Euthanasia is always haram
-Not accepting medication/resuscitation when one has a terminal illness is generally thought to be acceptable.
The link has most of the relevant quran/hadith verses, but obviously since the book is 1400 years old, this issue is barely discussed in specifics.
This hadith seems to talk to euthanasia:
The Prophet said: "Amongst the nations before you there was a man who got a wound, and growing impatient (with its pain), he took a knife and cut his hand with it and the blood did not stop till he died. Allah said, 'My Slave hurried to bring death upon himself so I have forbidden him (to enter) Paradise.' "
