    I don't think I can come up with one, or THE selfless act I've done, I think a truly selfless act is when you do something selfless without even realizing it or thinking about it. I have a life philosophy, when someone needs your help, and you are able to offer it, you should without hesitating. The world would be a better place if people acted like that.

    Cardiac muscles are my favorite, because they don't have a whole bunch of stupid names, and they do an important job.  Smiley

    Dunno, ability and the actual will/intention to help someone back are two different things.
    I can't recall that anyone has ever helped me, besides my mother, in any significant way except a Muslim couple I knew many years ago.

    My previous question was never answered, have you ever been in love? What does love feel like?

    There are too many things that my mother has taught me, It wouldn't be possible to highlight the "most valuable".
    Instead, here is an extremely short and not exhaustive list:

    1. The definition of hard work
    2. Respect towards women
    3. Instead of doing something you'll regret, it's better to rethink it and then walk away.

    I'd say that I'm ok with (1) and (2) but I do occasionally struggle with (3).
