alrighty then.. a quick tabouleh (without burgul cause it upsets my daughters tummy)  and mini pizzas were on the menu for today's humble lunch..

the mission was to show the ingredients and step by step preperation (as if i knew what i was doing)
    here we go..

Bought a 21 pound kingfish from the local fisherman today as his dinghy hit the shore. Cost about $20.

Filleted it and froze most of the flesh.

Had crudely-hacked sashimi for lunch, amazingly tender and delicious.

Made a stock of the bones and leftover flesh, and had it with rice and veggies for supper. Not bad either.

Cheesy we should plan a CEMB potluck and every one should bring something. Nes should bring her tabbouleh.

    Caramba is good.

I should have said 'Dia cachimba' - pussy day.

This, for obvious reasons, is even better.

Cheesy Funny. When I wrote my above response, I wasn’t even thinking of bacon, sausage, and pepperoni. It should go without saying that that shit is yummy and you should never even think twice about eating it. I was thinking more like pork chops or pulled pork. Still good, just gives my that “oh yeah, I used to think this was haram” feeling. lol
