Another idea I had concerns formatting. If you've read these fatwa sites they have a template that they work from as far as answers. Oh no wait, that's the proper adab for everything.

The required formulas. You know a fatwa starts out with the basmala, and then alhamdolillah, and then maybe a few verses (not required) and then it always ends with allahu alim, and maybe salam on Momeister.
So Ask-Allah should say, at the start of a response
In The Name of Me, Most Merciful, Most Compassionate (or "In My Name...")

And I know best. And then any quran that refers to allah by his name or as "him" could be written to have allah referring to himself, although Big Al refers to himself as "I" or "We" so many times, it might not register with people save those who know the quran very well that this is what has been done.
