It needs this option: "I am not an Ex-Muslim, you insensitive clod!"

(Long-time readers of SlashDot will recognise it)

Holy shit, someone still reads Slashdot.

(I left sometime after the GNAA invasion. It got really, really boring very fast.)

Wow, I was the first for my category. I must be the youngest here.

    Logic be upon you.

An interesting concept I've found in Islam is that leaders tend to encourage the youth very often because the youth are much more active in the community. It's great to see the vast number of young ex-Muslims.

"Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful."

    Gosh so young.

Take things slowly and carefully. Don't rush or burn any bridges. Best to keep things to yourself for now and show love and respect to your parents. Concentrate on your studies and getting good grades. You can leave the big questions until layer.

    Take care :-)

Thanks!:) And definitely, I strive for the best results at school and love my parents more than anything. I just tend to overthink too much. It's my habit and I should probably stop thinking about religion so much - but though I'm young, it's pretty evident to me how scientifically inaccurate the Quran is and how the religion really doesn't add up at all. I guess you could say I'm not one to sit and accept everything I hear; I have to question.

    Logic be upon you.
