Other-- Establish stronger workplace indoor air quality standards. Nothing specific about tobacco smoke. If these standards can be achieved while allowing smoking (say through good ventilation/air filtration systems) then no problem. Failing that, I would support a total repeal of all smoking bans.
I don't know Q-Man, just sounds impracticable. I mean how would that work? will the government force private business to meet these standards?

As I said my heart says 5 but with this issue involving harming others I voted 4. I just fear the worst-case scenario like a small town with one smoking bar and no non-smoking bars.
However, I admit this is very inconsistent of me, being a strong believer in mutualism and the right to privacy.
