It's to point out the hypocrisy of the first picture. The burqa clad woman is headed for a place full of virgin-whores, the more scantily dressed woman is headed for a place full of dementors (who look like niqabi ninjas). Islamic dichotomy of women's sexuality. This picture (the first one) is on facebook with tons of "Jazakallah" comments by several sexually frustrated muslims and some none-burqa-clad muslim women too.
