You're confused. Let me help you:
1.) Allah gave the Qur'an to us all. Each of us is responsible for his own salvation. It is important that we each of us understand it for ourselves because in the end, we can only have ourselves to blame if we mess up.
1,) you have never actually read the quran. it is heretical to call the english translation "the quran"
2.).this your own deviant opinion
2.) Of course there will be some issues you need a better understanding about. The way to deal with that is to see what opinion your fellow Muslim brother/sister (this includes the "scholars") came up with when studying the same issue. Their opinion may help you get a better understanding from them looking at it from their point-of-view. If that person's understanding doesn't help you to "get it" then try someone else. Keep doing it until you get the understanding that you need in order to live your life the best way possible.
in other words just make up your own version of islam to suit you needs.
ok im a muslim then. i just dont believe in allah.
3.) Don't treat ANYONE'S opinion as if that person is God's gift to earth. Everyone else studying, or who has studied, the Book is just as human as you are.
how about atleast learning arabic before saying that 99% of muslims dont understand the religion.
4.) I don't think I am more learned than anyone else studying the Qur'an, but my opion is equally as valid because I'm the one that needs to understand it for me.
facepalm. lol.
DigDug I'll admit you are actually lighting a fire under my @ss to finally make me finish learning Arabic. You may take a bow. You've earned it.
honestly that is great. my mission is not to make you leave Islam but just learn what islam actually is.
