Uh huh, and what are these 'positions expressed here' that you disagree with?

DH, you didn't answer the question that Ishina asked you. Here it is:

And what the fuck are you implying here, you dirty piece of shit. Why 'native' in bold?

    Yours.

Somebody in UK provided me with a copy of this program. Interesting how the BBC is prepared to "go after" Scientology and trample over the "sensibilities" of its adherents - eg:

    > suggesting to devoted Hubbardists  that their "religion" is a "cult"
    > Mockingly confronting them with certain ludicrous doctrines

in a way it is not prepared to do  with the far more dangerous Islam. Indeed the BBC seems to see it as its sacred duty to counter "negative perceptions" of Islam among the general public.  Any suggestions as to the different approaches to the two barmy cults?

Yours was the first post about Islam in a thread about Scientology. Keep up, DH.

DH, another thing you do is to ask people to provide evidence that doesn't require evidence at all when you're cornered, because it is as universal as oxygen. But just to show you how promiscuous your cornering is, I refer you to GodIsNotGreat's response to you above:

Somehow I expected that answer. In retrospect, a tad trollish I must admit but a minor aside on what, afterall, IS a thread on a BBC PROGRAM about scientology and not entirely irrelevent. Furthermore, if I had started another thread to make this very pertinent point it would have undoubtedly degenerated into the current situation in which we find ourselves here. I cannot be held to blame if people decide to get personal.

Repeatedly stating something does not, I am afraid, make it so. Admitting that my post was a tad trollish (just a tad compared to some of the posts on threads I have started which have been deliberately disruptive in their intent) is not to admit prime responsibility for this thread veering SO FAR off the main point. That process was initiated in the subsequent responses particularly when they started getting abusive.

For a man who apparently objects to threads being taken "off topic" you're showing unusual persistence in pursuing this red herring down a blind alley.
