    I define human life simply as a human being carrying out the 7 vital functions at any point in its life stage.  To me, the beginning of that life stage is at conception

    He's dead but that's not the point.  It was also unintended and it could have been avoided.  The moral of the story is that if one is not prepared for all potential consequences that could arise than one should not do the action or at least use protection
