     OP - March 27, 2011, 10:24 PM

What do you make of this?  I do wonder how converts to Islam can sleep at night knowing that they've adopted a belief system which says that their non-Muslim family are going to burn in hell..... just because they're non-Muslims.

I've got to say, I use the word 'wicked' very rarely, but this is a truly wicked, disturbed, nasty, horrible, psychologically depraved and disgusting thing that Islam teaches.

    His poor father and mother.

Islam teaches the convert to burn all his and her bridges and fills them with self loathing and hatred for their familial, cultural, and societal roots. This is just sadism and cruelty pure and simple.

This is the reality of the psychological perversion that dawah promotes.

Fucking hell. That's the pathology of mainstream Islam right there. Part of me genuinely feels sorry for his stupid ass for believing such pathological nonsense - the guy is genuinely upset.

But the other part feels nothing but revulsion at such self-imposed pointless torment. Fucking idiot.

Pathology is the right word. This is the mainstream of what Islam teaches about converts.

May allah give you peace Hamza Tzortzis - you are truly in a trial. This is probably how the last prophet (pbuh) felt when he visited his mothers grave but couldnt pray for her.

May allah give you peace  Afro

Don't argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Stupid troll,- at least get your facts straight: the mother of Mr. PBUH died when he was a little child, and hence before Islam came. So she will go to Jannat by default.  whistling2

I don't understand why he doesn't realize that such position is completely immoral and shows Allah as an ultimate sadistic prick? How can he sleep at night knowing that he submitted to complete evil?
  • Re: Hamza Tzortzis on his non-Muslim parents

And this is why I find it difficult to respect coverts. They embrace Islam either knowing, or knowing shortly thereafter that their parents, who loved them, brought them up, will be roasting in a giant barbeque for all eternity.

How the hell (pun not intended) someone can reconcile that with any kind of almighty being is the pinnacle of fucked-uppery for me.

What about his parents? Were they just there as a trial for him?

Difference between prophet's mum and Tzortis's parents: prophet's mum gets a get-out-of-hell-free card because Islam hadn't arrived yet. Tzortis's parents get "well done", not in the congratulatory way but the way you have your steak.

Imran, any belief system that actively teaches with sadistic clarity to brainwash its new adherents into this state of pathology and sundering the bond between a child and its parents is truly depraved. Instead of reflecting on this, you wallow in it like a pig in shit.

This is the methodology of a very sinister cult. Islam does not deserve any respect for this disgusting process  Afro

Its not a difficult concept.  He could choose not to see his family as condemned to burn forever because they don't accept that a " merciful" God could send people to burn forever, but he has chosen to believe these things.  His parents apparently love him and he apparently loves them, but some how he feels massive pain knowing that they are going to be racked forever.  Simply because they don't acknowledge or rather are incapable of acknowledging a self absorbed narcissistic ( imaginary) being.  The whole thing could be avoided and they could be a happy family.

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

Why does a loving God demand that you love him?  its a contradiction in terms to demand love and " be loving".  The only people I know that demand love are pychopathic jealous boyfriends or girlfriends or self deluded tyrants ( see Gadaffi).  If you truly love someone you don't demand love above all else.

Yes, a relationship is built on mutual love and trust, when one party says that you must love me or else I will kill you, and not just kill you but bring you back to life to kill you over and over again forever I think you can see we have moved beyond a person who understands what a loving relationship is.
