Yeah you have to watch it. It gets very, very dark though. At the same time, they take the story into places where you're like, oh my god.

Brilliant acting too. Brilliant show.

No Breaking Bad isn't about sexists its about drug dealing, basically its about a overly qualified chemistry teacher realizing he has cancer is about to die, and has nothing left to leave for his kids and wife, and realizes there is money to be made selling drugs, and from there his epic journey commences, it is very well written with expectationally good acting, I've not had a single person say its bad yet, I was sceptical about it but when I watched the first epidoe I was hooked. Am on the 5th series episode two just watched episode two yesterday. You can download all series 1, 2, 3, and 4 on torrents its about 19GBs including the extras.

Yeah, the writing is pitch perfect, it can switch from dark to funny but it just works without jarring

Breaking Bad isn't sexist. Don't know about Mad Men, not seen it.

The one set in Hollywood is Entourage.......which I actually kind of like whistling2

I can see why it might be seen as sexist - its basically like a male fantasy equivalent of Sex and the City appealing to male fantasies of fame and glamour and a gang of mates hanging out - its about this one guy who is a movie star and his childhood friends who bask in his fame.

Breaking Bad is completely different - a fucking sensational, must-see show Afro

i have just purchased the first 4 seasons of "breaking bad" ...
and have watched a total of 3 episodes so far.. and..

OMFG!!!! THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE BEST SHOW ON THE PLANET!!!..

Bryan Cranston reminds me of Gary Oldman. There is an incredible amount of subtle art to his acting. You can watch a scene a few times and keep seeing something new and fascinating.

BB is really good. The wire is also good, but BB has had 4 strong seasons and the 5th one is looking good too. The wire's second season wasn't as enjoyable for me but still an excellent show. I think BB just edges The Wire.
