I started out not thinking I could do more than 3 times a week at best. But gradually I am doing 7 days a week. its a training split with strength and cardio. Usually. I do 3-5 exercises split between two bodyparts. Back/Biceps, Chest/Shoulders, Legs/Abs and cardio. Bodybuilding.com has some great programs for free.
I used to try working out at home but found that it was easy to just get home and sit on the couch after work. Now I have a gym membership. Set my gym clothes and bag on the couch as I walk in, get changed get some preworkout and head back out.
The major lifts are LIFE!
My strength has grown and it really makes me proud of myself. heres to doing 55lb one arm rows in a few months
