    Exercise maybe twice a week on average. Its good for you apparently.

    5-6 days for 40 minutes. I have 1-2 rest days.

    Bad news is:
    You cannot make people like, love, understand, validate,
    accept, or be nice to you. You can't control them either.
    Good news is:
    It doesn't matter.

    I started out not thinking I could do more than 3 times a week at best.  But gradually I am doing 7 days a week.  its a training split with strength and cardio.   Usually. I do 3-5 exercises split between two bodyparts.  Back/Biceps, Chest/Shoulders, Legs/Abs and cardio. Bodybuilding.com has some great programs for free.

    I used to try working out at home but found that it was easy to just get home and sit on the couch after work.   Now I have a gym membership.  Set my gym clothes and bag on the couch as I walk in, get changed get some preworkout and head back out.

    The major lifts are LIFE!  yes dance My strength has grown and it really makes me proud of myself. heres to doing 55lb one arm rows in a few months  wacko

    I got a stationary bike.  I am on it for 40 minutes nearly every day that I am home, because the days I am out I know I won't get to exercise.  I also do push-ups and stretching.  I wish I could do weight training.  I'd like to know if things I can do that don't require a lot of equipment, and money. 

    I usually have to force myself to exercise, but I know I'll feel great afterward.  And I do.  One of the benefits for me is that as my body has become stronger, and my endurance has increased, I feel better about myself, more confident.  Exercise, to me, has become the ultimate drug.

    Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,

    Just got a hand me down from my son - a wrist monitor thingy - he got a new one! I am doing ten thousand steps regularly but will keep stumm about calorie intake!  Fascinating readouts about my sleep.

    About 4 times a week in terms of resistance training.  I also get most of my cardio done during the working day, so I don't really dedicate any special time to it.

    My mind runs, I can never catch it even if I get a head start.
