Okey, this is another cut and paste.  I just had this the other day from a store and I did not like it!

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. None of this is conducive to chips and gravy?

Any ideas on what to do with some butternut squash?

You could make a curry with tomatoes and spinach. It's very warming.

Slice onion, usual suspects of spices or madras curry paste if you can't be fussed with them. Add cubed squash, quartered tomatoes (about 3) and water to cover. Bring to boil, lower heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Once it has thickened up and seaonings are to your liking, add spinach and cook off for 2 more minutes. Serve with rice.

I'm in the mood for saag now. Might go for this one, cheers!

Made the saag with aloo and butternut squash today, was yummy!! Didn't realise it'd take so long to bloody cook though! Should probably have boiled the potatoes first. Made some home-made naan too which were a bit too flat but still good. Might make it again next week and perfect it a little, or make some other type of curry and try the naans again. Post some pics tomorrow.
