    When you want to know about scientific knowledge related to something, you should consider both sides of the debate, and scrutinize them yourself to figure out which one you think is right (or best).

    Now in this case, why do you even care about find scientific knowledge about it? I mean, have you heard of any body dying from sex during menstration? I mean, what could be bad from it?

    Yikes, to answer your original question, Siunaa, menstrual blood is not exactly the same as other blood, and it's not the cleanest thing in the world, but men are very resistant to urinary tract infections due to the length of the urethra, and therefore it's unlikely it'll ever be a problem. In fact, women are more likely to get an infection from sex during menstruation than their male sexual partner.
