Before it went in the oven.

James likes his portions massive. I made the base, topped it with some tomato puree and tomatoes, sliced shallots, sprinkled oregano and basil followed by some mild chedder, parma ham, spiced sausage meat, mushroom, red jelapeno's and some more cheese.

For myself, a tomato and herb base, shallots, diced chorizo, parma ham, green jelapeno's and cheese.

put some bleu cheese on that and I would be salivating.

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

Mint and lamb is a classic combination! Esp. if it's a roast. But I do prefer grilled lamb with something a bit more refreshing like yoghurt (and freshly chopped mint Tongue)

I made a delicious laksa yesterday with chicken, prawns and bok choi. I made the laksa paste and chilli sambal from scratch. I seem to have misplaced my camera though. wacko

I found an awesome pakistani buffet next to an amazing sushi shop, next to a Mexican restraunt next to cici's pizza.  I love lunch breaks now.

So once again I'm left with the classic Irish man's dilemma, do I eat the potato or do I let it ferment so I can drink it later?

CiCi's is shitty, but you can't beat the price. I daily thank Allah for the invention of Pakistani/Indian buffets. Got a couple of all you can eat ones around 40th and Chestnut, for like 6 or 7 bucks.

    fuck you

ALL you can eat for 6 bucks?    Shocked

There is an all you can eat Lebanese buffet here. It's 10 quid but doesn't include drinks. Although it includes 15 types of appetizers such as houmus and tabbouleh as well as sweets.

This buffet is 8 bucks.  It high quality food though. Not a a lot of selection, but mouth watering good.

There are several Jordanian restaurants where Im moving to.
I will be drooling on the drive all the way there LOL.  You would
think  Reno  would have more  selection of international cuisine,
but it doesn't.   I have to go all the way to Louisiana to get some
middle eastern food?  My sis says the sushi restaurants there rock,
    too.

Cooking for 1! Dinner tonight was stuffed chicken breast (butter, fresh parsley and dill, finely chopped shallot and garlic) wrapped in parma ham, on a bed of raw spinach leaves. Served with roasted baby pearl potatoes and red bell pepper topped with dill:
